The Research of Electronic Banking Risk Evaluation Based on FAHP-Entropy (Fuzzy AHP-Entropy )

The risk assessment of the bank has been one of the hottest researches in the financial field at the domestic and abroad. In recent years, with the development of the electronic commerce, the traditional payment method has transformed to the incorporation between the electronic payment and the traditional payment. The electronic payment is the general terms for a various of payment methods. These payment methods handle the transaction payment by the electronic payment method. In addition, the electronic payment is the most critical part in the electronic transaction activities. In this paper, we propose an improved AHP-Entropy method. It is comprehensive assessment AHP-Entropy (CAAHP-Entropy). And we apply this method to the risk assessment index of the electronic bank. The algorithm can not only reflect the weight of the important indicators, but also can reduce the subjectivity. Finally, the numerical analysis shows that the algorithm has higher accuracy. And it is helpful to prevent the risk, aim at the risk and defuse the risk.
